Due in full within specified terms, an interest of 1.5% will be added per month for overdue invoices. Overdue accounts are not qualified for discounts. $25.00 fee for NSF checks.

Out of Stock:

Damages:
Damaged or missing products must be reported within 48 hours in order to be eligible for credits. You must keep all original boxes for the shipping company to inspect.
Returns:
A credit will be issued upon receipt of returned products in sellable condition. The products must be dated at least 3 months prior to expiration date. All returns and credits must be authorized in advance and you must provide product expiration dates and original invoice numbers for the returned items. Please contact to set up a return.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and deemed to have been entered in the State of California thereby subjecting parties to the personal jurisdiction of Courts in the State of California.
